QUEEN’S PARK CONSERATION AREA ARTICLE IV DIRECTION

That additional recommendations are made as shown in bold italics, along with the numbering changes shown with strikethrough.

That the Committee:

2.1      That the committee notes the representations made during the statutory             consultation period and the officer responses set out at Appendix 1.

2.2       That the Committee requests officers remove the paint restrictions outlined             in Appendix A and allow for a wider range of colour schemes (in keeping             with the unique character of the area) to be allowed for repainting without the             need for a planning application.

2.23    That the Committee confirms the Article 4 Direction for the Queen’s Park             conservation area that was made on 26 May 2021, with the change outlined             above in 2.2.
